Chris is a seasoned professional mental health practitioner, with over 15 years experience working with Individuals, Couples and Families across diverse demographic and industrial population.
His work life experience spans the financial services industry, co-founding a non-profit organization that helped young people develop the right paradigm early in life, and also serving as a church pastor.
Chris co-founded and serves as a partner in, Chapters Counselling Services, a firm that provides clinical counselling services to Individuals, Couples and Families dealing with a variety of life issues.
He provides therapeutic intervention and support for Anxiety, Depression, Relationship/Marital Conflicts, Life transitions, Trauma and Substance Addiction/Abuse issues. His approach to therapy integrates different modalities to provide the most appropriate interventions for specified issues.
Chris provides a non-judgmental space where he engages in the therapy process using modalities like, Emotionally Focused Therapy, (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, (DBT), Internal Family Systems, (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) and Narrative Therapy etc.
Chris is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). His academic qualifications includes, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, an MBA in Finance, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a MDiv in Clinical Counselling. He is also a member of CCPA, CAMFT and holds a Gottman Institute Couples Therapy Certificate.
He has a broad range of experience working and interacting on a personal level with a diverse population that spans different ages, life stages and cultures in various capacities and contexts. This has strengthened and developed his ability to be attentive and attuned to valuable details and stories that people share.

With a rich background in counselling and over 16 years of pastoral experience, I am privileged to be invited to work and support many individuals in overcoming various struggles of life such as broken relationships, communication breakdown, Affair recovery, Anxiety, Abuse, Depression, Grief, Loss, Trauma, and life transitions.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, using evidence-based therapeutic models.
